Project Management

Controls are at the heart of the success of any project. For most Institutions the problem is they deal with too few projects to have a good project management infrastructure in place.

So they take on a project manager to deliver a project as part of an organisation that does not have a project management office in place.

This places a project manager in the position of having to work alone increasing risk and therefore likely cost.

We offer a range of project management services where we help groups of institutions share their costs and risks by working together where they face the same issues. A group of hospitals or schools who are managing the same sorts of projects get a shared project management office to provide support and guidance to project management.
